How much do I need to pay to book a townhouse?
Booking is 10% of the price: PKR 1,300,000 for the ground floor, PKR 1,200,000 for the first floor and PKR 1,100,000 for the second floor. A further 20% is due on confirmation.
How many instalments are there?
There are 18 monthly instalments of 1% of the price each — PKR 130,000, 120,000 or 110,000 a month depending on the floor.
What are balloon payments and when are they due?
Balloon payments are two larger payments of 9% of the price each, paid together with the 6th and 12th monthly instalments. In those two months you pay 10% of the price in total.
How much is paid on possession?
The remaining 34% of the price is paid on possession, when the townhouse is handed over to you.
Is the price the same for every floor?
No. All floors share the same 1,050 sq ft two-bedroom layout, but prices differ: PKR 1.30 Crore for the ground floor, PKR 1.20 Crore for the first floor and PKR 1.10 Crore for the second floor.
What is the price per square foot?
2-bed townhouses start from PKR 10,476 per sq ft (second floor), with the first floor at PKR 11,429 and the ground floor at PKR 12,381 per sq ft. 1-bed apartments start from PKR 13,636 per sq ft.
Is there a payment plan for the 1-bed apartments?
Yes — please ask our sales team for the 1-bed apartment sizes, availability and payment plan. The schedule on this page is for the 2-bed townhouses.
Can I pay in full or change the plan?
